about usWho We Are

Our Lady of Providence Junior-Senior High School is an inter-parochial, co-educational, secondary school located in Clarksville, Indiana, serving Southern Indiana.

The U.S. Bishops' Pastoral Statement “To Teach as Jesus Did” expanded the dimensions of Catholic school when it stated, “The educational mission of the Church is an integrating ministry embracing three interlocking dimensions: the message revealed by God which the Church proclaims; fellowship in the life of the Holy Spirit; and, service to the Christian community and the entire human community.”

We at Providence strive to give students the tools to live a life of faith, service and love.

We work to implement our school mission and philosophy through a four-year theology program, a campus ministry program, a service learning program, and four-year retreat and reflection programs as well as penance services, liturgies, assemblies, and daily prayer. Students also have the opportunity to become ministers of the Eucharist, Word, music, and hospitality.
